Supported encodings: KOI-8, Windows CP 1251, ISO5, ALT, Translit.

Converts cyrillic texts to/from KOI-8, Windows CP 1251, ISO, ALT.
Save it as recode.c to your bin directory and compile it with
cc -o recode recode.c.
- rtxt2ps

rtxt2ps is a program that converts KOI8-R or ALT cyrillic text
to PostScript using Russian typewriter font.
Download it, ungzip and untar it, make it,
and it is ready for use on UNIX or MSDOS.
